Crude Oil Reaches – 100.00

The prior two Crude Oil blogs on this website noted that Oil bulls were out of time.  The 09/06/26 blog illustrated important Crude Oil resistance at 90.00.  The bulls were able to blast above the resistance level and reached 100.00.  A break above 100.00 next week could open the door to 113.00 and beyond.

The daily Crude Oil continuous futures chart – Trading View symbol (CL2!) is illustrated below.

The 08/16/26 blog “Crude Oil Near-Term Target – 95.00” illustrated a broad resistance area from 95.00 to 100.00.  On 09/11/26 Crude Oil reached 100.03, almost the exact level of the 05/18/26 peak of 100.10.

On 09/10/26 daily RSI reached 77.91, however at the 2026 price peak RSI was at 89.60, more upside action is possible.  Also, of interest on 03/03/26 while price was at about 75.00, RSI, was 76.79.  Another price spike up from current levels could quickly bring Crude Oil up the 130.00 area.

If next week Crude Oil exceeds 100.10 it could have an adverse effect on the global economy and stock market.
